Fire Protection Technology

64 Credit Hours

The 64 credit-hour fire protection technology program as outlined leads to the associate degree in fire protection technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, College of Engineering. The associate degree in fire protection technology is set up on a three-year, six semester course rotation schedule. Students may enter into this program during any semester and the completion of the degree depends on how many credit hours are taken each semester. Established in 1969, this program prepares individuals for careers directly related to industrial and municipal fire protection. This program is located on the UNO Pacific location campus, 1110 South 67th Street.
