JOUR 4410 Communication Law

A discussion of laws, court decisions, constitutional issues and regulations that affect the mass media, with emphasis on libel, privacy, confidentiality of reporters' sources, prior restraint, obscenity regulation, free press/fair trial, commercial speech and broadcast regulation.
