The Ombudspersons’ role is to assist you when you have a conflict, problem or complaint with individuals or offices at the University. Help with identifying your options to solve a problem, referrals to persons or offices that have expertise you may need, and assistance with resolving a conflict are just some of the services of this office.  Communication with this office is informal and “off the record.”  If you wish to make a record, or to make UNO formally aware of a particular problem, the Ombudspersons can provide information on how to do so.
